The Board of Trustees (BOT), when established including 16 members, chaired by Mrs. Le Thi Thong, former Head of Department of Agricultural Economy, Ministry of Planning and Investment during its first term from 2004-2011.



The second congress of VietKoRAA is organized at Vietnam Academy of Agricultural Sciences on 19 March 2011 with participation of over 60 members, including guests from RDA and KoPIA Vietnam officers.

The meeting has nominated the Board of Trustees for the second term (2011-2018), comprising of 10 members (see below list). Currently, VietKoRAA gathers over 100 members from different organizations across the country.
